Time management is essential in all aspects of life, whether it's school, work, or personal goals. With executive function disorder, it can be challenging to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

If your child struggles in this area, here are some helpful guidelines:

1️⃣ Use timers to develop time awareness.

2️⃣ Conduct a time audit to prioritize activities.

3️⃣ Try the Pomodoro Method: work focused, take short breaks.

4️⃣ Practice and ask questions to enhance time awareness.

5️⃣ Remember to schedule breaks for rest and joy.

With improved time management, your child can regain control, confidently complete their work, and enjoy all the activities they love. Let's help them succeed! 💙
