Important information for all assessments:

Screening instruments will be determined on the basis of initial interview, questionnaire, and records review. These assessments are designed to identify warning signs for various learning disabilities, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, ADHD, to assess cognitive and/or executive functioning skills, and to evaluate areas of academic, cognitive, or functional weakness in order to establish the need for educational therapy services provided by Learning for All, and to develop a plan for therapy. These assessments do not provide a formal diagnosis. Referrals for services to other associated professionals may also be included.
