Policies and Procedures

  • These camps are appropriate for all conventional learners and those with mild to moderate learning challenges related to processing. Learners with moderate to severe learning challenges will be better served in our Educational Therapy program.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your spot.

  • Payment of final balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp session. Failure to make final payment by the due date will result in cancellation of your registration. Once final payment is made it is non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that Learning for All LLC cancels a camp session, all fees will be refunded.

  • On-time pickup is required for in-person camps. Unsupervised waiting of learners is not permitted. Late pickup will result in a late pickup fee of $1 per minute after posted pickup time.

  • Each in-person session will include a snack break. Please bring a snack that does NOT contain nuts.

  • Only authorized adults will be allowed to pick up learners. You must notify Learning for All LLC in writing if there are any changes regarding who will be picking up your learner. Your student’s safety and security is critical.

  • Learning for All LLC is committed to student success. Learning for All LLC reserves the right to suspend services to a student if the opportunity for success is being compromised. In the event that services are suspended by Learning for All LLC, all tuition for unused sessions will be refunded.

  • Cell phone use is not permitted during camp sessions.

  • Please do not bring learners to camp if they are ill. If it does not appear that your child is healthy enough to participate (i.e. too much

coughing, too congested, too lethargic, throwing up, fever, etc.) you will be contacted on your cell phone and your learner must be picked up immediately. Due to the small group size of our camps, refunds are not available for illness.

  • High School Online Session requirements: Here are the things your student will need for successful online sessions.

    •  A good computer with a webcam and reliable high-speed internet access. Please note: Chromebooks, tablets & cell phones will not work.

    • A free subscription to https://www.zoom.us/ (please signup before the first session).
